The 9 session conditioning challenge is a structured fitness program designed to improve your conditioning in all forms; strength, endurance and overall performance, over three weeks

The program runs for 3 days per week, giving you a balanced approach that allows for both intensity and recovery. Each session is designed to progressively challenge you, helping you build fitness, improve stamina and develop consistency.

Whether you’re starting out or looking to push your limits, this challenge is built to help you stay accountable, train with purpose and see real measurable progress.
